The newly-elected speaker of the Imo State House Of Assembly, Honourable Ben Uwajimogu representing Ihitte/Uboma state constituency and his deputy, Honourable Ozoemena Donatus representing Oru West state constituency have decamped to the All Progressive Grand Alliance from the Peoples Democratic Party at the chambers of the Imo State House of Assembly.
Both members decamped immediately after they were unanimously elected as speaker and deputy speaker of the 4th assembly of the Imo State House of Assembly.
Three other members who were elected under the umbrella of PDP and equally decamped to APGA are; Hon. Acho Ihim, representing Okigwe State Constituency, Hon. Iheoma Adaku representing Ahiazu Mbaise state constituency and Hon. Ozurigbo Ugonna representing Nwangele state constituency respectively.
