The oil giant has been accused of abandoning its host communities in their time of need following the devastating pollution of rivers, waters and stop to livelihood following the January explosion from a Gas Rig.

Seriake Dickson has visited the community and insisted that the oil company must pay for the relocation, supply of Relief materials and compensation to the people, the community has insisted that the company may not be allowed to operate in the area if the raging inferno from the rig is not put off,the mysterious pollutant in the waters are not cleared and the right compensation paid to the people.
