Federal Government has secured a three-year visa and work permit for no fewer than 170 ex-militants of the Niger Delta region from the government of United Arab Emirates
The work permit is to enable the beneficiaries secure jobs in Dubai after completing their six months training in crane operations, pipeline welding, electrical installations and health safety and environment at the International Centre for Non-Violence and Peace Development in Dubai
