Egbesu Gives Muslim Community Seven Days to Leave Niger Delta

EGBESU Mightier Fraternity of Izon land has issued a seven-day ultimatum to the Boko Haram sect and all Muslim communities leaving in the Niger Delta to leave as they are not ready to embrace peace.

In a press statement signed by their leaders, Commander Okiki Kene, Okin Sele, Korumah and Abu Mic, on behalf of other members, the group said they are no longer comfortable with the killing of Christians in the North.

The statement, which was dated October 10, 2011, pointed out atrocities of Boko Haram sect which 'has been planting bombs around churches and other places and killing innocent people for no justifiable reason'.
