Comment from unconfirmed source on press release below

Bombs Have Arrived Akwa Ibom State

Reliable sources have confirmed that on Monday, October 17, 2011, the AKBC, radio station, and State TV station were bombed by yet to be determined group or groups in Uyo. A source says the bombings have done immense collateral damages which may cost several millions of naira in repairs. Another source has confirmed that Akwa Ibom State Government is taking every possible step to ensure that media outfits do not report the incidents to the public. The reason for media clamp-down may not be unconnected with Godswill Akpabio's penchant to preserve his already bruised self-image. As of this writing, it appears the Akwa Ibom State Government and other Federal investigating agencies do not have any idea of the people or groups that are responsible for the bombing.

FROM AKWA IBOM LIBRATION MOVEMENT (AKILIM)
(NO JUSTICE AND HUMAN RIGHT NO PEACE)
It’s enough, four years five months of Akpabio’s terrorism, political assassination, kidnapping, murder, abuse of office and power, illegal and an unlawful detention of the political opponent aided by the attorney general of the state, tribal politics, manipulation, election rigging, unemployment, insecurity, police harassment, intimidation, oppressing the civil servants and refusing to pay their salaries, governor oppression against our people, Hardship, poverty, suffering, capital flight, squander mania, too much injustice against Masses prompted the people of Akwa Ibom State to vote massively for change in last April  Governorship election and other legislative position but governor Godswill Akpabio prepare   Fake result through the help of Inec, Maria uwi, PDP and the police then he was declared the  the winner. President Good luck Jonathan, former president Olusegun Obasanjo and PDP Wants to impose Governor Akpabio on the Akwa Ibomite so that they can continue sharing our state oil revenue among themselves in Abuja while the masses in Akwa Ibom are walloping in poverty and hardship because they think no one can do a thing to them. Well, there are wrong,

We the members of (AKILIM) a resistant group against injustice and oppression to the masses, are ready to stand up for the masses, hence the bombing of AKBC, state TV and radio station Monday morning, October 17, 2011, a station which Governor Akpabio has turn to his private property, this partial attack on the premises and the property is a warning and a message to the Governor and his gang, CJN, supreme court judges, the corrupt judiciary and the presidency, that those that murders sleep shall not sleep, and if justice is not done in the case of the Engineer Frank Okon, Governorship aspirant, signature forgery case against Akpabio, Distinguish senator John James Akpan Udoedehe ACN  last April election Governorship candidate versus Akpabio  and PDP. For stealing the peoples mandate. Steve Ibanga, The Progressive Action Congress Governorship candidate, the exclusion of his party logo on the last April election ballot paper by INEC, Akpabio and PDP. That Governor Akpabio stops using Billions of naira state money to bribe the judges to keep striking out the election cases fraudulently and wrongfully without even a hearing or trails.  Akpabio should pay workers (civil servants) their eighteen thousand minimum wages and all their passed months due salaries. Akpabio should stop using His illegal and private trained fake soldiers and police to kill innocent Akwa Ibom citizens, Stop using the state police , the Army ,SSS and Oduma and all other forces to fight, oppress, intimidate and terrorize the masses and those He disagrees with.

The Army chief of staff should advise the Soldiers stationing in Akwa Ibom State to refrain from rolling out their amour tanks and soldiers personnel positioning themselves with guns in every nooks and corners of the state capital at the order of the state Governor as if this is a military regime or a police state, because this act is undemocratic and terroristic and may result to confrontation one day.
All what the people want is justice and fairness and no guns, bombs and artilleries can prevent them from getting the justice, it must be guaranteed to all   without regard to class, tribe or position or we will continue to defend the people by any means necessary, until there is justice for all.
ONCE AGAIN WE CLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR MONDAY MORNING BOMBING OF AKBC, TV AND RADIO STATION, THOUGH AKPABIO IS COVERING IT UP, AND PREVENTING  THE PRESS FROM COVERAGE.BUT THE CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG AND WILL NEVER BE PUT BACK.WATCH OOOOUT.
REMEMBER YOU ARE VISIBLE AND WE ARE INVISIBLE, SO WE IMPLORE THE MASSES TO STAND FIRM AND SUPPORT THIS MOVEMENT, MAY GOD HELP US ALL
