Vincent Furo dreams big for Niger Delta youths

Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture, PHCCIMA, boss Engr. Vincent Furo has hinted that his Chamber is planning an agricultural training programme for youths across the 23 local government areas of Rivers state, in collaboration with NDDC and other multinational companies to help position the youths for challenges of global food production.

Furo hinted at this plan last week at the formal registration and presentation of certificate of corporate membership to Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC) by the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA).

He observed that the extra ordinary association is not only a welcome development but a step forward for both the commission and the chamber who will form a genuine synergy that will help to bridge the gap between youths and development in the state and beyond.

The huge union alliance is coming on the heels of repeated calls by Port Harcourt chamber for a clear cut programme that will stimulate youth development and involvement in the affairs of their state.
