Oil giant, Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) and said that it would not relent in ensuring full implementation of all global memorandum of understanding (GMOU) it reached with communities in the Niger Delta region.
The managing director of Shell, Mr. Mutiu Sumonu, who made the promise while speaking during a GMOU fair in Port Harcourt, said the oil giant and its joint venture partners had a history of investing in social projects and programmes in many communities in the region.
