REPENTANT militants in the Niger Delta have promised to hold a one-million-man march in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State
The United Nations (UN) Ambassador for Peace, Capt. Mczekie Willis, who disclosed this at the weekend, said the rally would hold on October 4.
He said the event would be part of the activities to commemorate the amnesty granted former militants by the Federal Government.
