A coalition of youth groups in Rivers State has called on President Goodluck Jonathan to urgently dissolve the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

The coalition, comprising various youth groups in the state, made the call at a news briefing yesterday in Port Harcourt.

The groups attributed their stance to what they described as alleged ``ineptitude and high level of corrupt practices’’ by the NDDC management.

Their spokesman and President of the Rivers Youth Federation, Mr. Prince Biira, accused the Managing Director of the NDDC, Mr. Chibuzor Ugwuoha, of lacking in ideas and initiatives to manage the commission.
