Delta youths ready for pipeline surveillance
Delta State Youth Wing of Host Communities of Nigeria (HOSTCON) has expressed readiness to take up the oil pipeline surveillance job promised by the Federal Government two years ago.
In a communiqué issued at the end of their meeting, the group said they are eagerly waiting for the federal government to implement the surveillance job to create employment for the teeming youths of the Niger Delta.

The communiqué  duly signed by Itse Omajugho, State Youth leader, Paul Uwadia, State Secretary General, Erute Akpovwe, State Assistant Youth leader and other executive members reminded the government that they are running out of patience over the delay in the implementation of pipeline surveillance programme for the youths of oil producing communities.
