It is indeed very worrisome and most disturbing that at this point in our nationhood when frantic efforts and being made to rebuild this nation there are those who are still bent on dragging the nation backward, through baseless, unfounded, unwarranted and bias attacks on political office appointees from the Niger Delta.
We can no longer tolerate such modern day discrimination against our people as the trend is fast becoming a tradition.
These attacks are not only deliberate but constant, conscious and calculated moves to relegate our sons and daughters in political offices, with the sole aim of removing or not allowing them into political offices.
The recent victim of these attack has been Mrs. Diezani Allison Madueke, whose gender has also exposed her to all sort of baseless media assaults.
