Kumbuor dismisses 'Niger Delta militants invade Ghana' reports
The Minister of Interior, Benjamin Kumbuor has insisted that no combatants from the Niger Delta in Nigeria have invaded Ghana to train some Ghanaians to wreak havoc in the Western Region following Ghana's oil find.
Reports have been rife for some time that several Niger Delta militants had sneaked into the country to incite indigenes of the oil producing areas in order to foment trouble in Ghana’s oil industry as is the case in Nigeria.
