SIX states of Imo, Lagos, Benue, Kaduna, Akwa Ibom and Adamawa have been picked for the United Nations Assistant Framework (UNDAF) II for development programmes worth N150 billion.
Declaring open a two-day workshop for preparation of the work plan for the project in Owerri, the UN team leader in Imo State, Reuben Bamidele and the Commissioner for Planning and Economic Development, Chief Levi Oguike, said the states were picked based on merit, having met the indexes for the selection.
