PRESS RELEASE:

1.        The Police Service Commission, in Exercise of its Constitutional Mandate of Appointing, Promoting and Disciplining Officers of the Nigeria Police Force from the ranks of Constable to Deputy Inspector-General of Police, has mapped out strategies for Monitoring Police Conduct and discharge of its Constitutional Responsibilities to the people of Nigeria during the year 2011 General Elections.

2.        In his Opening Remarks at the Training Session of the Staff of the Commission on what to look out for during the Elections, the Honourable Chairman of the Commission, Mr. Parry B.O. Osayande, DIG (rtd.) CFR, NPM, mni, enjoined the staff to be good Ambassadors of the Commission by Monitoring and Reporting back  effectively on Nigeria Police Force Personnel discharge of their Constitutional Mandate during the Elections...
