Obasanjo’s faction files suit to challenge verdict

THE Federal High Court, Abuja Division yesterday barred the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognising Governor Theodore Orji as the standard bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Abia State gubernatorial polls scheduled for April, 2011 pending the determination of a suit challenging his victory at the political grouping’s primary election for the post.
