Derivation: 'N-Delta govs, lawmakers to blame for North's insult'
Atamu Social Klub of Nigeria, a group of Urhobo professionals, has blamed
governors and lawmakers from the Niger Delta for what it called "the insulting
demand of the North for more oil revenue."
