The Supreme Court Tuesday dismissed the appeal brought by the Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate in the April election in Abia State
The apex court in a unanimous decision read by Justice Aloma Murkta held that by February 20 when the appeal was slated for hearing, the statutory period of 60 days within which the appeal was to be heard and determined had lapsed.
