'Oil firms breaching local content policy'
TO ensure that oil companies comply with the local content policy, the Federal Government has been enjoined to come down heavily on them.
National president, Rivers Youth Organisation, RYO, Comrade Victor Tulutu Briggs, who made the appeal, said some of the oil companies were yet to key into the local content initiative of the government.
