A total of 91 youth from the Niger Delta region trained in welding and drilling technology in Turkey
This was made known during the presentation of certificates to the reformed militants by the Managing Director, of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC); Dr Christian Oboh. "The training was in furtherance of the commission' s capacity development programme designed to get youth from the Niger Delta employed in the nation' s oil and gas industry" stated the commission' s boss.
