An Abia based non- governmental organisation, Easylife for Rural Youth, has urged the federal government to establish a trust fund for fuel subsidy to ensure that the proceeds accrued from the subsidy are better managed.
The President of the group, St. Moses Ogbonna told Nigerian Pilot in Umuahia that” the federal government should set up a fuel subsidy trust fund which will have the power to determine projects to be executed, receive and distribute the funds as they arte realized in line with the policy of the federal government.
