A group, Niger Delta Indigenous Movement for Radical Change (NDIMRC) yesterday issued 21 days ultimatum to northerners to quit the oil-rich region or face daring consequences.
The group vowed to systematically carry out its plot to kill any northerner in the South of the country, saying no security agent could guarantee their safety, if their threat was taken for granted.
This is contained in a press statement issued by its President, Nelly Emma, Secretary, John Sailor and Public Relations Officer, Mukoro Stanley. The NDIMRC described the senseless killing of Christians in the North by Boko Haram as evil.
