Indication emerged in Abuja on Saturday that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is planning a soft landing Bayelsa State governor, Chief Timipre Sylva, but this will be based upon good behaviour from the governor who is fighting in the court over his exclusion from Saturday’s governorship primaries of the party.
Party sources who confided in Sunday Tribune said the party was willing to accommodate Sylva at the end of his tenure as state governor, if he refrained from actions that were at variance with the decision of its national leadership.
