18 stakeholders last week met to review the implementation of strengthening oil revenue management in the Niger Delta, a three year project expected to end in September, 2011.
The Project being supported by the Norwegian Government, EED Germany and the Swiss Government is an initiation of the Africa Network for Environment and Economic Justice (ANEEJ) who hosted stakeholders drawn from Civil Society, Media, Academia and Government most of whom are delivery agents of the project applauded the political will of some of the Niger Delta Governors to drive sustainable development in the region.
