What is your take on the Boko Haram and Niger Delta militancy issue?
Today, we are dealing with the Boko Haram. In 2015, if Jonathan steps down and he fails to make a bid to return for a second tenure in any guise, militancy will return to the Niger Delta. I tell you, mark it. If Jonathan leaves the presidency, militancy action in Niger Delta will resume. I assure you, the Niger Delta militants will return. So, how can we lay enduring structures of governance for this country? How can we lay enduring arrangement for co-existence?
