Buoyed by the positive impact of the presidential amnesty programme, ex-militant leaders under the aegis of Niger Delta Development Phase Three (NDD3), on Wednesday, in Yenagoa, tasked President Goodluck Jonathan to ensure enduring sustenance of the success recorded so far in the post- amnesty rehabilitation exercise.
The ex-warlords maintained that it had become imperative for the Federal Government under the leadership of President Jonathan, not only to sustain, but protect the gains of the amnesty programme, which they observed had received local and international accolades.
