THE National Security Adviser, Lt.-Gen. Andrew Owoye Azazi (rtd) has called for a bill on commercial explosive materials to be sent to the National Assembly as part of measure to address the security challenge facing the country.
Also, the Federal Government has indicated readiness to tighten regulations to check proliferation of commercial explosives to reduce terrorists’ attack on its people and institutions.
