40 Ex-Niger Delta Militants Get Job Placement
An oil and gas servicing firm, Century Group at the weekend offered 40 ex-Niger Delta militants that were sent to South Africa for vocational training jobs as seafarers.
The ex-militants were among the first batch sent to South Africa over six months ago to study underwater welding and deep sea diving.

The job placement is a fall out of the agreement the federal government signed with Century Group, to provide job placement as seafarers for over 1,000 youths of the region who have acquired vocation skills in marine related fields including deep ocean welding, diving, boat making, marine mechanics and other related endeavours.
