Field representative of the Environmental Rights Action (ERA), Bayelsa State, Alagoa Morris, is worried about the underdevelopment and long neglect of the oil-bearing communities in the state. In this interview with SENIOR CORRESPONDENT Emma Gbemudu, Morris who is also an activist and state secretary of the Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO) examines the amnesty process for repentant militants, and reveals why he thinks the Federal Government needs to do more in line with the vision for the project.
