'ISOPACA is Not a Militant Group'
The Imo State Oil Producing Area Consultative Assembly (ISOPACA) has denied being a militant group or having anything to do with militant activities in the state.
President General of ISOPACA, Prince Victor Nwauwa, who spoke yesterday in Owerri, said the assembly is a pressure group, whose mission is to partner with government to ensure execution of projects in oil producing areas.
He said that they are committed to assisting the Rochas Okorocha led administration to develop the state.
