Boko Haram - FCTA Repatriates 170 Beggars
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) yesterday repatriated over 170 beggars arrested from different parts of the city to their respective states of origin.
The beggars were taken in different buses to states such as Kaduna, Kano, Bauchi, Jigawa, Nasarawa, Kogi, Kwara, Plateau and Gombe. Other states include Enugu, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Abia.
This is coming less than 24 hours after the administration imposed closing time on beer joints, cinemas, parks and gardens in the city as part of efforts to ensure security of lives and property.
