Army Trains Troops On Anti-Terrorism Abroad

FOLLOWING a recent wave of deadly bomb attacks, believed to be masterminded by Muslim extremist sect, Boko Haram, Nigerian soldiers are presently undergoing anti-terrorism training abroad, an army spokesman, Ralph Isah said on Thursday.

He also disclosed that the army is also planning to train locally special crack anti-terrorism units, as the Federal Government aim to frontally confront the dangers posed by the militias from the northern Nigeria.

The Army spokesman however, failed to disclose the names of countries they were sent to or the number of troops involved and the duration of the training.
