Godknows Boladei Igali's background as a technocrat, as well as his international exposure, may be why he has been pencilled down for appointment as the next Chief of Staff (CoS) to President Goodluck Jonathan, a presidency source confirmed yesterday in Abuja.

Mr Igali, an indigene of Bayelsa state and former secretary to that state YSCgovernment when the president was its governor, is currently the permanent secretary in the federal ministry of water resources.

Mr Jonathan had repeatedly said he would assemble the best hands to assist him transform the country within the next four years of his administration.
