Delta Community Tackles SPDC Over Sale of OML 42
The Omadino community in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, has threatened to drag the Shell Petroleum Development Company, SPDC, to court over what it termed the fraudulent and unlawful sale of OML 42 oil block without the community's consent to NESTOIL.
