Amnesty not perfect answer to Niger Delta agitation –Kuku

Kingsley Kuku had been in activism before he was elected member of the Ondo State House of Assembly in 2003. And as pioneer spokesman of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), Kuku demonstrated unusual capacity in the face of many challenges during the Niger Delta struggle. He was the immediate past Special Adviser on Niger Delta to President Goodluck Jonathan and Chief Executive Officer of the Post-Amnesty Office. He recently held an interactive session with select journalists in Lagos, where he spoke about the challenges faced by his office, the post-amnesty programme, political distractions among sundry issues.
