TRIBUNAL GRANTS CPC UNFETTERED ACCESS TO INEC DATABASE/ELECTION MATERIALS.

Based on agreement reached by the Principal Counsels to the Presidential

Election Petition at their over 5-hour-long meeting on Monday, May 23rd and

brought to the court on Tuesday, May 24th, 2011; the Independent National

Electoral Commission (INEC) has been ordered to give the Congress for

Progressive Change (CPC) and its agents unfettered access to the database and

the election materials used for the April 16th Presidential elections....
