SENIOR Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on the Niger Delta, Kingsley Kuku, says that the Federal Government has stopped granting amnesty to militants from any part of the country – including the alleged recalutrant militant, John Togo.

He made the remark at the weekend at a pre-departure event for 24 delegates (youths) of the Niger Delta who were sent to the Petroskills Petroleum Institute, Houston, Texas, United States (U.S.) for a six-month vocational training and skills acquisition by the Federal Government under the post-amnesty programme.

Togo, who had once surrendered his arms before the expiration of the amnesty deadline, was reported to have declared that he had surrendered his arms again after he returned to the trenches with his boys to engage militancy.
