Police Uncover Arms in Sylva's Campaign Car - SSS Arrests Yuguda's Special Assistant, Others in Bauchi

Questions:  Still awaiting the decision from the Abuja Federal
Appeals Court
on an earlier court’s elongation of tenture of five governors, including Sylva.  (Was expected March 31, but no word.) So, is Sylva actually running a race?  And why is he ferrying weapons near the border of Delta State?
