The Independence National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been accused of complicity in a matter filed by Cross River State Governor, Liyel Imoke and 37 other aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The candidates were those whom INEC had earlier said were not recognised as candidates in the April 2011 general elections given that due process was not followed in their emergence as candidates.
