Speaking during a monthly technical meeting in Lagos, the President, Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), Jide Ojo, stated that until the government of the day wakes up to the responsibility of providing an enabling environment in terms of provision of adequate infrastructure, good legislation including the passage of the bill, banking, communication and peace in the Niger Delta region, no meaningful economic stability would be sustained.
