* Accreditation between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon [appropriate finger (or toe, if all fingers missing) of your left hand will be marked with indelible ink as proof of accreditation], voting from 12.30pm till last person accredited [an appropriate finger of your right hand will be marked with indelible ink as proof of your having shown up to vote]; voters allowed to stay if in a well-behaved manner
* Results to be announced and pasted at polling unit; parallel verifications (including cameras, etc.) allowed
