The Minister of State, Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Hon. Samuel Ode has said that the ministry is finalizing arrangements to commence a micro-finance scheme that will enable Niger Delta youths trained under the ministry's skill acquisition scheme, cooperative societies and individuals in the Niger Delta region to access soft loans.
Speaking in Lagos while receiving the first batch of Niger Delta youths trained under the ministry's skill acquisition scheme in Port Novo, the minister said that the scheme will enable the youth set up or finance their businesses.
