His Excellency Chief Theodore Orji, the Executive Governor of Abia State wishes to express his heart felt gratitude to all his numerous supporters as well as members of the Peoples Democratic Party in the State for their unflinching support to ensure  his victory and that of all candidates of the party come April 2011.

His Excellency is also grateful to the Nigerian Judiciary for its courage,wisdom and careful consideration of all facts adduced by parties as displayed by Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court in determining the truth of who was validly nominated by the PDP as its candidate even against all the wasted energy and efforts  by Mr. Emenike who is just a meddlesome interloper to hoodwink the masses and deceive the court.

According to the governor, the victory and confirmation of his candidature by the Court in Abuja couldn't have come at a better time as it has provided the tonic for an invigorated issue-based campaign.

While admonishing aggrieved politicians within the party to sheathe their swords and work for the victory of PDP to show their love

and commitment to the ideals of party, the governor said, as a leader who has the whole state as his constituency, he is ready and willing to carry all along.
