There fresh anxiety in the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) following conflicting orders in some states on nomination of candidates by courts.
Also, it was learnt that the Chairman of the commission, Prof. Attahiru Jega, has asked the Legal Unit of the agency to tidy up on matters arising from nomination of candidates by political parties and court pronouncements.
Meanwhile, US, Canadian firms and others are scrambling to secure concession for the printing of ballot papers.
