Nigeria: AP Becomes Forte Oil

Lagos — African Petroleum Plc has changed its name to Forte Oil Plc. At the company's 31st Annual General Meeting in Lagos yesterday, the shareholders of the company confirmed Mr. Mike Ahmed as the new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Forte Oil Plc.
