Ex-servicemen, under the auspices of the National Association of Military Pensioners (NAMP), yesterday threatened to blow up oil installations in the Niger Delta as their pensions can no longer sustain them.
They, therefore, urged the Federal Government to implement the 53 per cent salary increment it approved for them.
